House of Twinks is operated by STUDIO MERLIN, s.p., Simončičeva ulica 2, 8210 Trebnje, Slovenia (EU). Registration no. 8916764000, tax no. 98397346. Contact: contact@houseoftwinks.com.

This website is for adults only. House of Twinks works only with creators who are 18 or older and who have proven their age with valid photo ID.

Privacy policy

What we collect

• Applications: the name, handle, email, optional Telegram username and answers you give in the form, including anything you choose to tell us about your limits.
• Creator portal: your login email, a scrambled (hashed) password, the limits and preferences you fill in, your weekly drop notes and your earnings statements.
• Agreement and age check: when you sign your agreement we store the name you type, your date of birth, the time, your IP address and device, and a PDF copy. To prove you're 18 or older we store a photo of your ID and a selfie holding it. Only our managers can open these files.
• Technical: our server briefly processes your IP address to block spam and repeated login attempts. We don't keep it in your records, except in your signed agreement (see above).

We use no advertising cookies and no tracking. The portal uses one necessary login cookie. Visitor counts are cookieless and anonymous (self-hosted Umami, no IP addresses stored).

Why, and on what basis

We use application answers to review your application, and portal data to manage your account under our agreement with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Answers about your limits and sex life are special category data; we only store them with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)), which you give with the checkbox in the form and can withdraw any time by writing to us.

Who sees it

Only House of Twinks staff who work on your account. We don't sell your data. Our server is hosted by Hostinger in Germany (EU). If you connect with us on Telegram, Telegram's own terms apply to those messages.

How long

Applications we don't move forward with are deleted within 6 months. Creator data is kept while you work with us and deleted within 3 months after you leave, except statements we must keep for tax and accounting law, and signed agreements and age records, which we keep as long as the law requires us to prove age and consent.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@houseoftwinks.com. You can also complain to the Slovenian data protection authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.

Terms of use

The website and portal

This website explains our services. Applying does not create a management agreement; that only exists once both sides sign a written representation agreement. The figures in the calculator are examples, not promises or financial advice.

Your account

Keep your portal password private. You're responsible for what you enter in the portal, including the accuracy of your limits. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

No warranty

The website and portal are provided as they are and as available. We don't guarantee they will always work without errors, interruptions or data loss. We may change, pause or end any part of them at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost earnings, or for content and actions of third parties, and our total liability in connection with the website and portal is limited to the amount you paid us for their use, which is zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, harm to life or health caused by our fault, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Misuse

You agree not to misuse the website or portal, submit false age information, or upload anything unlawful. You will cover losses we suffer because you broke these terms or the law. We may suspend access in that case.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Courts in Slovenia have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
